The Moromare method

The Moromare method consists of a standardized way of preparing pizza which employs the pizza experts in a sort of assembly line.
First of all, an expert shapes the pizza rolls into the round base with the help of the “dough-rolling out machine”; then one or more experts add the toppings requested all over the bases and finally another expert takes care of  baking the pizzas in the oven.
This step-by-step method of preparing pizza allows a high productivity which quantifies about 180/200 pizzas in an hour; last but not least this method does not require qualified operators because they are previously trained in the mother-company.
